Special thanks to Russell for the presentation series on Joint Venturing. I do have a sense of how much effort went into that material. It has helped me tremendously. Over the fall, my partner and I closed six lease to own deals in 18 weeks, all Joint Ventures and all using key learnings from Russell. This year's target is 20 more JV-funded lease to owns! We will continue to grow our lease to own business applying the material that Russell so capably delivered.
