Clancy and I want to thank-you for all the help, knowledge and wisdom.

We started our real estate investing career last October, purchasing a under valued property. We took one month to fix, clean and paint the property and flipped it within two months(from the date of purchase) for a very nice profit. Then we found REIN and have been going along at a good but
slow pace.

We sold our primary residence in Coventry and purchased two revenue properties in the month of April. One property has an up/down suite in a detached bungalow. It has awesome positive cash flow of approximately $400/month.

The second property is a half duplex we reside in the upper-half and rent the lower suite. The lower rent just about covers the mortage and it feels awesome.

We are already looking for our next piece of property and joint venture partner(s). It is great to work with top notch people to help keep us focused on our goals.
