What absolutely incredible training you give us!
My son and I have been members for just over a year. Rein has enabled my wife and I to team up with our son and daughter-in-law and with our two daughters to work together in building our real estate portfolio more than I would have dreamed we'd be able to.
In the past 2 and a half months your training has enabled us to:
- Buy a town house in Calgary (2 suites) using 5% down.
- Buy a small house in Innisfail with none of our money down and then
- Structure a deal that enables a couple who don't qualify at the bank to buy their first home while still giving us a modest profit
- Buy a very nice house in our home town with seller financing,
- Allowed my son to structure financing to sell the home he just built at above market value to people who can't qualify through regular sources
