I joined REIN after the 2002 Quickstart weekend. I knew about REIN for a full year before I made the commitment to attend Quickstart, I sat on the fence because I wasn't sure if I would get enough value to justify the $200. I'm an idiot. Due to yourself, REIN and the people involved with it, my wife and I have closed on our 36 and 37 unit. Our goal is to try and hit 50 before year end. If you were to tell me when I joined that we would be where we are now I would of said your nuts. The fantastic thing is with REIN you're surrounded by people who are doing amazing things which inspires and motivates you to take action (I'll never get a swollen head as I never think I'm doing enough when I attend meetings). I have spent nine years in the financial service industry and have done fairly well but have come to the realization that no matter how hard I work or how big my practice gets its' value is limited, with real estate my net worth has increased more in the last 10 months then the previous nine years. My wife and I are now looking at ways to focus on our real estate portfolio full time.
